Returns and refunds
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product you have ordered or make an exchange, you must let us know by contacting us via our contact page.
We will then give you the address of our nearest warehouse so that you can return the product and obtain a refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund after returning a product?
From the moment we receive the product you have returned, we refund your order the same day.
It then takes between 10 and 45 days for the money to reach your account, depending on your bank.
How long can I return the product for a refund?
From the moment you receive the product, you have 30 days to return it to us for a refund.
