Eligibility of returns

Items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all labels and in their original packaging.

Return process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service department via our contact page or at contact@naturashoes.com to inform us of your wish to return your order.
  • Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documents included.
  • Send the package to the return address we will send you by e-mail.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or an error has been made in the order.

Inspection and reimbursement

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. You will be notified by email of the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 to 45 business days (depending on your bank).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee the availability of items for exchange.

Defective items or ordering error

If you receive a defective item or if an error has been made in your order, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will provide you with a return number and instructions for returning the item free of charge. You will have the choice between a full refund or replacement of the item.

Exceptions and comments

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds may take longer to appear in your bank account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
